11-16-2023 11:26I usually don’t have an issue coming into aritzia stores but this time I came in to return an item and one of the ladies (I think her name was Gina) came running up to me and snatched my aritzia bag from me before even asking if I was looking for an exchange or return. After she did ask, she didn’t even give me time to answer her back as she started speed walking to cash to get my return in…mind you it wasn’t busy at all so what was the rush? Other than the improper greeting, the rest of the girls on the floor were very nice and helped me find items I was looking for.

11-01-2023 06:15Some of the rudest, most arrogant and condescending staff. Their sizing may be more inclusive but their staff are far from it. I was there this past week, holding a ton of stuff to try on and several staff members walked right by me, not even bothering to even ask if they could take them from me and get a change room started. Whereas certain customers (certain sizes and races) were being given phenomenal customer service. Take your business elsewhere. I would give 0 stars if I could. And don’t bother emailing customer service to share your experience or trying to talk to a manager. They don’t care. I guess this is how they train their staff. No one cares about feedback or your store experience.

09-11-2023 21:465 stars solely for Omar. I had given up on shopping in store at Aritzia because of the consistently terrible customer service, snobby attitude and over all lack of acknowledgement. My boyfriend and I just went in on Saturday for the first time in over 6 months expecting the same behaviour that makes me always regret spending any money at Aritzia. However we were met by Omar and were really surprised by his genuine kind energy and professionalism that did not feel forced or fake whatsoever. He helped us find everything we were looking for, checked in with us and had good knowledge on the products we were looking for and how to style them. It was such a good experience and a highlight to our day. He was a shining star and we wish him all the best!

08-13-2023 13:37The store have a good varieties of stylish clothing. The materials are very good and comfortable to wear. I personally like the style. It’s very trendy . The style is more for the younger generation. Price wise is a bit on the high side but I believe it’s worth it. Happy Shopping!

08-11-2023 04:49Stay Away from this Markville Mall location !!! The Manager, Tathella, did not care about my complaint when I tried to tell her about the cashier was rude by ignoring my questions regarding the exchange policy. They treat customer like invisible when dealing the complaints matter. The So called manager just told me to go to the door when I finished talking. She made me even more angry. I hope this company could teach staff to respect people when dealing with things like that. I will NEVER NEVER go to this store any more and HOPE the Management People will educate them how to deal with complaints and customers, especially to Asian customers. I got real headache for a whole day after that. I wish I never been to this store. It was a very very bad experience.

07-19-2023 00:35The store manager at Markville Mall is very rude! Their sales directed me to her for confirming a question about the exchange policy of the sale items. She kept asking me which sales directed me to her but not tried to help me on my questions. My question was if I can exchange the sale items ordering online or from the store if the size doesn't fit. She said impossible. I explained to her the other Aritzia stores I have ordered in the past few years before allowed me to exchange. And then she said I have to give you exemption to do it. I was like sure, should I wait for you to order for me or is there anyone can help me? Then she said I am very busy I have lots of appointments I have no time to help you.??? I'm really surprised that a store manager would wait for a customer to ask what's the next step instead of proactively offering solutions, and I'm even more surprised that a store manager would try her best to spite a customer when they have concerns. All the other sales person there are very nice but except the store manager. I'm not the only one have this feeling even a couple of friends told me the store manager is not so nice too. I have been a customer of Aritzia for over 10 years and I am always satisfied with the service from Aritzia. I'm indeed really shocked about the attitude from this store manager and I sincerely hope Aritzia would still put customer's experience at your priority. Thank you.
