05-15-2023 08:59DONT COME TO THIS STORE. i went around 11:40am this morning, wanted to refund a pair of boots i bought from Hillcrest Mall 2 days ago. i could tell the girl at cash was not very enthusiastic about my refund request already, and i was so right. she opened the box and immediately told me “THESE LOOK WORN TO ME” and that she’ll “GET IN TROUBLE” if she processed it. she acted like i was a scam. i was like yo, these were on display. and her attitude was so awful, basically flat out told me to GTFO. pics for reference. what kind of customer service is this? i’m never purchasing from aldo again
