Heritage Inn & Suites Niagara

The rooms could use some TLC but it was clean and everything worked 😁. The front desk guy was kind and efficient. Will stay here again!

The people that work here and im assuming own this place are truly very friendly and welcoming. The bed was comfortable and the jacuzzi tubs are amazing it is also a great location walking distance to everything. My boyfriend and I would stay here again forsure

We had lost our previous booking because the hotel canceled and gave it away. Heritage happened to have a last minute cancelation and pulled through for us....for our honeymoon!!!!!. I guess it was meant to be! The staff was so friendly and courteous. It was also very quiet. It was close to everything we needed and the pricing was much better than our previous booking for similar accommodations. The only think id prefer is more hot water. I'm sure we will book this hotel next time we are in town!

Unfortunately the room was not the cleanest, but I've seen much worse in other places! That aside.. Wonderful staff, service, and location! A great walk down Lundys Lane! Close to casino! Definitely book there again !

As everybody else said the rooms are super clean and spacious but old. The staff are very accomodating and helpful and friendly.The location is quiet and great too!

Worth the bucks! Given that it's very affordable, I didn't have high hopes. But I was surprised that the sheets smells fresh, room is clean and equipped with fridge and microwave! Location is great too, but what I can really commend are the staff! Edwin and Rowel are very polite and accomodating!

This place have the greatest customer service I’ve ever been to. They were very accommodating during our stay. Would definitely come back again!
