I had two flat tires that needed immediate attention. The shop took my vehicle in right before closing and was able to get me back on the road in less than 15 minutes. Thank you for everything!

My son was traveling on the LIE and he experienced a severe issue with the drive train of his car. He pulled over and called AAA and they recommended Gemma's Automotive Service Corp in Uniondale. They inspected the vehicle and confirmed that the lug nuts were never tightened on one of his wheels when new tires were recently installed and they corrected the problem. Seems to me that they could have invented a host of other issues to add to the bill and they did not. Gemma's is proof of the validity of the expression Honest as the day is long.

I was at Hofstra University when my car broke down. The whole situation was chaotic but I was able to get it to Gemma’s. Joe was very helpful and Richard was swift with repairs. I couldn’t recommend Gemma’s more! Much appreciation for Joe and Richard for helping us out in a dire situation. Great service and very courteous.

It was late in the day and I was worried about whether it was safe to drive home because of a sound in the back end of my car. Barrington took the time to drive around with me and correctly appraised the problem, which wasn't an emergency. So reassuring to be able to turn to honest mechanics. Neighborhood is lucky to have them.

Called AAA for a tow truck after hours, Joe Gemma came around the corner within 5 minutes. Checked out my car, instantly saw the problem, and we took it back to his shop. My car died while driving it to his shop, and he ended up towing it the short rest of the way. When I tell you this man did the swiftest and smoothest maneuvers to tow it into a parking spot to make it a priority, my jaw was on the floor. Joe and I laughed about my reaction and he hooked me up as soon as possible with next steps. Next morning comes, I receive a call before 9am, and I am on my way to pick up my car later today. Very grateful for the quick service, and will be coming back in the future.

I caught a flat while driving my son to school. The rep that came out had me up and running super quick. He took the time to check my other tires and even talked with my toddler lol. This was a great experience from a not so great situation. Thank you guys!

Jeremias was awesome and arrived in a timely manner. My wait was under a half hour. He eased my anxieties, made me feel better about breaking down on the side of the road and made the experience a comfortable one. Jeremais made sure I stayed cool in the AC in this 90°+ weather. Plus he has a great personality. Thank you SO much for excellent service! Gemma's is definitely highly recommended!
