However I had to go into the store to exchange, because I had originally ordered the grizzly jacket, which was a bit too short for my daughter. So I exchange for the lnyx .customer service receive in store was excellent! She is wearing size 4-5

06-13-2023 22:20Walked up to the store on a slow afternoon, and there were 10 customers (and about 10 staff) in the entire store. We were told we had to wait in line. Over the course of 10 minutes, a line of 15 people was queued in front of the store, as we watched over 8 customers leave. There were literally 4 staff members standing in front of the entrance just looking out the windows. The host apparently was ready to take a break, where he chatted with a replacing hostess, and how their days are going. While waiting in line, we browsed the online shop, and decided to go look at the products at a different store instead of this one. If I were the manager, I would rethink the queue when there are literally more staff than customers within the store; it’s not a good look…

05-28-2023 18:38I have been attempting for a week to ask their Yorkdale store if they have my size in my favourite coat( sold out of my size on line). Impossible to actually speak with a person- left several messages for a call back/emailed as per robot’s instructions. Terrible customer service.

05-07-2023 17:18I’ve been a customer since 2009. I brought my Canada goose jacket recently for the first time and what do they tell me ? Ya we don’t think it needs to be filled, we’re just going to stitch the tiny holes in the sleeve. THIRTEEN YEARS and you tell me it doesn’t need to be filled ? You joke of a company. Edit: They sent my jacket back with the hood wide open. Now they want me to send it back again just so they can stitch it.

04-12-2023 22:52My partner and I had an assistance from the sales representative 'Shine,' and it turned out to be one of the worst shopping experiences we've ever had. She provided us with incorrect information about the color of a cloth, claiming a tagging error, whereas another sales representative clarified the difference and even showed it to us in the online store. Furthermore, when we asked 'Shine' for a coat to try on, she said she would get it, but after 30 minutes, we still hadn't received it and saw her attending to other customers instead. This was very upsetting, so we sought help from a different salesperson who provided us with the coat within two minutes. Overall, our experience was extremely unpleasant. Despite the store being busy, it doesn't excuse the poor service we received. I don't think I'll visit this location again. It seems 'Shine' didn't quite live up to her name and did not shine for us today, lol!
