Staff is nice and knowledgeable, great in-store experience. But the delivery sucks… make sure you get rid of your old mattress AFTER the delivery. Otherwise you might have to do some camping in your house for a few nights.

I went here awhile back to buy a new mattress! I think the lady who helped me with my purchase her name was Stephanie I think. Anyway she went out of her way to make sure I got the best price and free delivery (as long as they didn't have to set the bed up) overall I think she saved me if I remember correctly at least 120-150 dollars in fees delivery and giving me the online store price over the floor model price which I found amazing, great customer support great selection and pretty fast delivery I only had to wait like 36 hours for my bed. Great job guys!!!! And Ralph is really good too!!!

Buying a mattress is an extremely important purchase because without sleep, life can fall apart easily. That's why I value the exceptional care I received from the Bank Street location of Sleep Country from Robert and Yash. Robert allowed me to take my time shopping for the right bed, made sure the delivery was seamless and followed up after the sale. I am extremely impressed by the friendly vibe I got today when I visited the store to pick up accessories for the mattress we bought. I highly recommend this location!

The best! I dealt with Yash for a new pillow, really great knowledge and service. His initial recommendation was the winner but it was great to test other options and really make sure we found the right pillow. I really appreciate the customer service, no pressure and high attention to detail. Thanks again for all your help!
