The sweater vest guy that works here took one look at us and said the budget section is over there. We felt very disrespected as we were there to actually shop for my mother. She was interested in a luxebreeze mattress. Effectively costing the business thousands of dollars. We decided we would never go back.

Amazing customer service Jimmy, the sales associate, helped me to find exactly what i was looking for in few minutes. He was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I had two bad experiences with sleep country in the last few years with couple bad quality mattresses but this one is the best I have had . I told Jimmy about the description of my twin mattress i have for few years and asked him to help me get something one in queen since that specific one is discontinued. He found me the exact quality and even this one is more advanced. I am very pleased and appreciated on his help

I left feeling that I had gotten exactly what I needed (Copper Cool Chiropractic mattress and adjustable base) at a reasonable price, plus I got 10% off and a certificate for 15% of the total price to be spent in-store. The delivery guys arrived promptly, brought the bed in, and set it up, checking to ensure I was satisfied with the positioning and demonstrated that it worked before leaving. I am very pleased with my comfy new bed that adjusts to suit me and a mattress with a cool top so I no longer overheat at night.
