Visited this location recently to exchange a pair of leggings and ended up picking up a gorgeous down coat. I was able to exchange it with no problems after discovering that the coat in store was blemished. A brand new one from online is being sent to my place and the were able to price match the sale price. Very satisfied— Katie and Maddy were awesome, their customer service is fantastic. They even helped me with my puppy while I shopped! It was a great experience throughout, see you again soon.

This is over due - but last time I was in the ladies working were so helpful and friendly. Some of the other lulus (rideau and bayshore) its not that the staff aren't nice but they don't seem as invested in finding you something you love. Here the girls were so nice, getting me different sizes and hyping me up when I came out to show them how everything was fitting. The only reason I'd give it a 4 and not a 5 - and even then if there was a half button, i'd give 4.5, is that they close kinda early. Even if they were open an hour later that be great.

The service today was amazing I just wish the person who helped me select my pieces would have stayed with me to helped with my choices. Otherwise the exchange from my online purchase and my in-store purchase, was flawless, the hemming process was also very easy, I'll see when I get the new pants back next week. Very happy customer.

I bought a Lululemon bra which opened at the seam after only a couple of washes. Krista (hope the spelling is correct) assisted me in the store making my disappointment with the bra a positive experience. She was kind, empathetic, professional, and made suggestions that were appropriate. She is a wonderful asset to this store.

The store has a large selection despite it being a smaller location. It is my preferred location in the city. The staff here are incredibly helpful, friendly, and attentive.
