Best experience ever! Everyone was so helpful. Had 4 guys ask if we needed help in the yard. Yard production fellow was amazing. Front counter guys Larry u0026 Sunny were super helpful.

Staff were helpful, it just took a very long time as there were not many staff apparently.

Been here twice. They were pretty helpful the first time and answered questions. Second time the guy I spoke to seemed disinterested. Told me they didn't have something that they did. With such a large selection though, I wasn't sure what to buy. At this point I figured the staff didn't know much about anything so I left without spending money.

Found it better priced than other wholesalers. Paid half the cost for the same thing at CF, and same price for higher quality (treated) than HD (spruce). When their computer system was wrong on an inventory item, the manager went out of his way to fill the order another way. The 1-star reviews for being slow at the counter seem ignore the triangle of sales. Higher prices come from having a bazillion staff, and if you want lower prices- you sometimes sacrifice time. Duh.

Great selection of tools and big lumber yard, stocked up on miscellaneous hardware for my warehouse toolbench.

That’s the worse place I ever visit the shipping supervisor who was he with such a bad attitude and so unprofessional I will never see that place after this load and try to convince most guys to avoid that shi…y place 🤯😤😖

Went there recently looking to buy a garage lumber package, my first time at the store as the hours are not great and I have a hectic schedule. Very friendly customer service, I put in my order for package but was not allowed to pay for it on the spot like I wanted as I had to wait for a quote .. ok fine. 2 days later I get an email saying my order cannot be filled as there is a shortage of trusses. I was not given a timeline of when they could get more or even the option to wait for my order to be filled. Really felt like they didn’t care or need my business. Lesson learned, next time I need lumber I’ll just go to Home Depot where the hours are more user friendly.
