We have worked with them twice in the past 4 years. First to renovate a basement and second to replace a deck and undertake interior renos in the main house (bathrooms, mudroom, study etc.) Marc Gibbons is great to work with as are the team he gathers to undertake the work. Very courteous, professional, expert, committed to getting the work done according to the plan and to a very high standard. We sing their praises and highly recommend them!

Trademark did an excellent job for a total basement renovation. They always kept us informed of schedule and completed the job on the timeline they set and for the cost they estimated. Any time we had a change they were quick to respond and gave great service. Nancy was a great Project Manager and kept on top of everything. Would definitely recommend them for any renovations.

We decided on a major renovation instead of moving and selected Trademark after doing extensive research on the company, the trades they utilize and the end product of other customers renovation, we selected Trademark for our project. This was a very large project with square footage being added as well as a total redesign of all the bathrooms, kitchen, great room, basement and exterior. The trades that Trademark uses are high end and very professional. The project ran smoothly due the that Project Manager. With COVID, it was paramount that follow up was being done on a daily bases with all the suppliers to avoid any huge delays. While there was some minimal delays due to supply chain fulfillment, it was very minor given the scope of the project. If you are looking for high quality craftmanship, a company that can take you from concept to design to finished product, then Trademark is the company for your project. My wife and I were very meticulous on what we wanted and the quality we were looking for. Trademark exceeded the expectations. I would highly recommend them for projects if you are looking to differentiate your project from just another renovation to THE RENOVATION!

Trademark Renovations did a complete tear-down of our old house and built a completely new house on the same site. On budget and under the time projected. Their sub-trades were all great - very professional, friendly, and competent. Never any delays (apart from rainy weather) on the sequence of the trades working, so work was always progressing. Payment is directly to trades, via invoices submitted by them to Trademark, so I always knew the money was received by the trades. My sister had done a major reno with them, and was happy, so I chose them when my turn came. I'm pleased to recommend them to others, without hesitation. Thanks Marc and Blair!

Trademark Renovations did a complete gutting out and rebuilding of my home. Their work included drywalling, installing new flooring, rebuilding the kithcen with a new island, installing a new fireplace and built in bookshelves, a total master bathroom reno, putting in nee doors and woodwork throughout the house. Their work was beautifully done, their trades people were excellent to deal with. I highly recommend Trademark.

Marc, Blair and our interior designer Tiffany were very personable and professional. They took the time to listen to all of our needs and any concerns we had along the way. From the beginning we saw how well Marc (project manager) and all the trades worked well together as a team. We felt they had a very good working relationship and rapport with all their trades which made a huge difference in getting our project done on time (it was a one year project). We were impressed how easy it was to work with all of them and how all the people on site were always courteous and respectful. We would highly recommend Trademark for any large renovation or build and Tiffany as an interior designer who helped tremendously in keeping the project on track and definitely facilitated with all the decisions that had to be made throughout the project.
