went to buy painting and nobody attended me and there was plenty of staff available in all areas... idk if it was discrimination bc I don't speak french or for my looks idk but terrible service!!

Seems like they don't know the existence of internet. They are not willing to match the deals that appear on the RONA website and the staff (I think his name was Kevin) were not helpful and became aggressive when I confronted them about it.

In my experience, trying to find someone to give you assistance at most hardware stores is like herding cats - not here. There always seems to be someone immediately available to help explain or find something whenever I’ve needed it. I’m thankful to have this store in my neighbourhood!

The only Rona where you can find the missing things. The variety they have for electric and hardware is amazing. I went to many Rona before but they don’t have the same range of products. They have a elaborate range of products and excellent service.

They are proudly arrogant and lacking any costumer service. A spot to avoid! Especially, when you have Quincaille Açores near them.

It's got the goods. Surprisingly well stocked for a relatively small (compared to the 'depots') store. It's a builder's store so their primary paint line is Benjamin Moore contractor grade; a great quality paint at a reasonable price. If you're a drywaller, tiler or painter they have what you need. Also a good fastener selection. Reasonably friendly, and knowledgeable staff. Added bonus it's got a few free parking spots in their private lot which is really rare for a downtown shop.

Do yourself a favor and just walk up two blocks to the north and buy anything you need from Home Hardwares.

Amazing staff and service, the manager Patrick listens to his customers and will make sure you get the best service and that you are fully satisfied. Well done!!
