I love to shop there. Because of new stuff all time every single visit and warm welcoming environment.

Older short woman Eiud was so rude. I almost walked away as she clearly does not want to help any customer that morning. I dont know but maybe she did not get any sleep and was just cranky. She instructs you to go grab your own balloons and try to figure out their balloon section without offering any help as she just stood on her till then later letting you know how she seems to be annoyed that you have no idea what she was telling you to do. She basically wanted me grab my basket even though I already started putting them on conveyor (note there wasn't anyone next in line yet at that time) then move over to the balloons, look at their board where she was pointing from her till and to note that the numbers over there are out of stock and that number on these are not and to just grab balloons from the above etc etc. Hello!? How would I know your protocol? I do not work there and perhaps show some customer service at least? I am a customer and just needed a few balloons for my son and party items to make his day happy. If she does not want to move from her position she could have just called other staff member around (and there was one around). If it was not only for my son's birthday I would have left my items and walked away (I had about $100+ worth of items paid). Sorry but I am not coming back to this dollar store --- I will bring my business elsewhere. There are other places where people are atleast happy to help and not dictate you to do as if she is your superior.

Not too bad they need more selection of product and I noticed a lot of products were dumped on the floor they needed to make sure the items are clean and safe so people can walk through

Always a good selection but aside from the changing holidays I don't feel they ever change what they have in stock. Open quite late which I appreciate.

The customer service is so good, moreover the manager itself very helpful And staff is very kind. Store looks so clean. And every time i came here, i found new items.

Young cashier was quite rude doesnt know her job. First I had to wait 7 min for someone to help me with a item on the tip shelf. Then it was necessary to tell the young girl on cashier her job, she tried arguing. Pathetic. Will not go to this location again there are others around.

Love to buy household things from here, very cheap price, lots of parking space, staff is helpful too

If the sign on the door states you can't enter the store without a mask on, I don't understand why many people didn't follow this rule or social distance. Not to mention, children running unsupervised throughout the store without masks and touching everything. Now isn't the time to be letting kids run around and scream. Other than that, the selection is very good and I found a lot of great items.
