10-17-2023 01:05First time at The Danish Pastry House. This location is Vaughan Mills but I hear there is one at Yorkdale and Upper Canada Mall as well. There are SO MANY items to choose from and they all look delicious. After perusing and learning about the various options with the help of the super friendly and helpful staff member, we decided on: Kanelsnegl (like a cinnamon bun but flat, flakey and with a bit of custard in the middle and vanilla icing) Hoj Snegl (same as the kanelsnegl but tall, more custard in the middle and chocolate icing) Greta Garbo mini (shortbread cookie with jam centre and almond around the outside) Hindbaer Snitte (large heart 2-layer shortbread cookie with raspberry jam) Hindaer Snitter Mini (small version of the heart cookie) Everything we ordered is soo yummy and not overly sweet. The cinnamon pastry is so light and flakey, and not oily. Out of the two cookies, I prefer the heart one over the round ones because I could do without the almonds but both are really good. The heart cookies gave me that feeling of “OH WOW, THIS COOKIE IS AMAZING!” ♥️♥️♥️ Would definitely go back again to try their bread, croissants and other pastries!

10-08-2023 19:35Home from home if you love Danish🇩🇰 cakes and breads. Top tip - go for the Nordic cinnamon bun warmed up which is almost as good as they are in Copenhagen,Denmark. I guess in Denmark it is slightly more hyggeligt. Coffee is great too AND don't forget a loaf of their bread! Danish bread is sooooooo much better than other breads I have tried elsewhere. The staff were welcoming and friendly. Overall a great visit and as about authentic as it gets outside Denmark.

07-13-2023 13:19Wow, these guys really know how to make and bake the flaky pastries. They were soft and the flavours were really light but without disappointing on the strength of flavours. Lots of options to choose from and considering everything, it’s not too bad in terms of pricing for the amount you get per pastry. Customer service was really good and very laid back. Never made you feel like you were in a rush either. Loved the takeout box. Really innovative with the windows on the box. Great job overall!!

06-21-2023 11:28Danish Pastry House - Excellent danish pastry. The new pastry store is now opened in Vaughan Mills Mall. There are different type of pastries that you can enjoy inside the store. Staff are very friendly and they offer sampling too, so that you can taste it before you buy. You can also sit down inside and enjoy a afternoon tea/coffee there. There store is clean and have some Scandinavian / Viking decoration. Very interesting.

03-24-2023 21:36Danish Pastry Shop is where I sail in for Viking strength breads and pastry. The pastry here is often irresistible for us when passing by as we shop at Vaughan Mills. Where to begin? Aeblestang is a unique apple stick pastry composed of braided pastry, with cinnamon u0026 almond paste, that’s glazed u0026 sprinkled with more almonds flakes. The Chokoladestang is a chocolate stick that is equally sweet, flakey u0026 delightful. Kanel Snegl (cinnamon snail) and Smorhorn (butter horn) croissant are among the popular choices prominently displayed. Fresh from the oven. Both were perfectly soft / airy on the inside u0026 flakey on the outside. While Danish Pastry House is a local business, their pastries are authentic. And when a Danish paper flag is propped on select pastry, the discounted options are impossible to resist!
