07-18-2023 18:33Super nice little coffee shop in the heart of Vancouver. The staff are super friendly and the prices are pretty good. I really enjoyed the ambiance inside the café. The coffee was also really good. The only downsides are that the tables are incredibly wobbly and annoying to work on. The café also does not have any outlets that you can plug your laptop into which is unfortunate. Other than that it is an exceptional café. I really enjoyed it.

My favorite is their Everything croissant, simply the best croissant I've ever had!!

05-31-2023 01:58I walk by this place all the time but I never have time to stop. So when I finally did stop for a coffee, and enjoyed my stay. I was reminded that the only time we have, is the time we make. I used to spend a lot of time at the ultra cool JJ Bean on Commercial Drive, and I was pleased to find that the staff and service is equally good here. So is the wifi, coffee, and the food. I particularly like the Ham u0026 Cheese Croissants. Come early if you want to try one because they go fast. There's quite a bit of seating with huge windows. Which offer you a great view of the amazing Roman Catholic church across the street. Very inspiring. The cafe design vibe is bright, quirky, and cool. All JJ Beans seem to have a unique design personality. Which is great for photographers.

04-18-2023 02:16First of all, great interior! Combination of modern and neat with old and raw bricks exposed looks cool. Add to that a great view at the Cathedral across the road. Regarding coffee and food, I only tried drip coffee and it was surprisingly good. Baked goods are decent, although a bit pricey. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. I live closer to their Alberni location, but this one is currently (August 2021) my favourite.
