08-09-2023 17:31Reserved a room for an event in Niagara. I called more than 72 hours (3 days, on a Wednesday for Saturday) before check-in to cancel. That is the normal time to cancel a hotel room and not have to pay for the stay. Feels like I was scammed by this hotel for a bunch of money. They said on the phone that my group negotiated 30 day minimum time cancellations. So if you know 29 days before your stay that you can't make it you still get charged for a room? They also said when I made the reservation the agent mentioned the 30 days, which is possible, but why not have a courteous way of not charging a potential long time customer, and cancel, then you still have 3 entire days to sell the room stay to someone else. The phone agents were quite rude and continuously said their hands were tied and I would have to be charged. Why are employees hands tied on such an easy transaction? I feel this was terrible customer service. Also, why in the first, place book me in at a lower rate but I can't cancel? Seems like you should negotiate your lowest possible rate with a group, but still allow normal 3 day (not one month) cancellations or you are getting money for not providing a good or service, and that is scamming based on a minor technicality. If you are booking here make sure if there is any need to cancel at all you get it in writing. I usually don't write bad reviews, but this was so poorly done and they took my money without providing a good or service. I will stay elsewhere, and if you must stay here with a group try to book anywhere else.

07-14-2023 12:38Very basic. Nothing spectacular, except the views. Ceiling seem pretty low. I'm 5'6 and can touch it without fully extending my arm. They probably asked ikea store layout team for assistance when designing the elevators and layout. Breakfast buffet leaves much to be desired at FR. Family of 4 (2 kids under 8) was $130. The options were such that we barely at $15 worth of food. Better to go elsewhere. Pics from 14th floor balcony

07-08-2023 06:53The family vacation was great. The hotel staff are very friendly and welcoming. The location was perfect. Lots of attractions and entertainment. Our room was perfect, with a nice city view. The cleaning staff girls were very helpful. Special thanks to Anna for looking after our room during our stay. We booked a 3 night stay but decided to stay for an additional night. The elevator system and valet parking get really busy during rush hour. But overall, the family enjoyed it. We will certainly come back.

04-14-2023 00:50We stayed in an American Falls View king room for a few nights in October. Our room was clean, updated, and spacious. The bed was super comfortable. The view and balcony were amazing. We had an issue with our key when we checked in, but it was resolved quickly. The employees we did encounter were pleasant and helpful. They provided extra water bottles and coffee when we asked. Wonderful service. The location of this hotel can’t be beat. We found the rate for our room reasonable for what we got. We used valet to park and they were quick to get our car when we needed it. I would absolutely stay here again!

04-06-2023 14:19This hotel was absolutely perfect for our stay! We came towards the end of the boat tour, season and opted for the fallsview room which was SO worth it! We had an impeccable view of both of the Falls from our 21st floor room. Location was absolutely perfect right next to the Rainbow Bridge, which made for easy travel back to the US. It was also right next to Clifton Street, which had no shortage of attractions and great restaurants. This hotel may not have been the cheapest in the area but it was worth every penny for the quality and comfort of our stay. It was also very convenient being able to communicate with the front desk via the app. My only issue is that this isn’t a quiet place. Paper thin walls so you can hear everything from loud guests next door, to the noisy hallway, to the loud water pipes! But still a priceless view.
