Fido (Available in the Rogers store)

Cannot enter store. Have to check in via QR code and wait outside. The system texts you when it's your turn. No visibility to how many are waiting ahead of you in line, no ETA. If the shop closes, come back tomorrow for a brand new adventure. Fido occupies a small space in a Roger's store. Poor customer experience. Especially when some products can be bought in store only.

They won’t let you in even to sit and wait, I am standing in front of the door in the freezing cold because she just mentioned to me that they are at full capacity and they can’t let anyone in even to sit and wait! Seriously have they have ever heard of customer service!

You have to wait outside in the cold for your turn! And this is with the store close to empty, 2 customers and 2 workers. The office is big enough to have people wait inside. And for the safety excuse, there is a TD couple shops farther and they don’t make their customers wait outside…. Fido and Rogers customer service standards get lower and lower

The sales associate Scott was amazing. He helped us a lot, ensured we received the best deals and even went out of his way to make sure that was the case. There is a security process that includes us to wait outside and look in the camera to ensure associate and customer safety, and we really appreciated it.

A real store just shares space with the Rogers parent company. Staff was helpful in getting me a new phone.

Would be happier if I didn’t have to come here. Trying to return a modem, seems more challenging than I would anticipate

Store don’t open door for the customers.We need to wait so long at sunlight

I have access mobile and home internet before a month ago with fido their app is the worst app .When I call them to get help they hang up the line twice. They have very bad service.
