Richmond location, brought in a few items, dry cleaning and some alterations needed. I wouldn't recommend the alterations to be honest. I asked for two pairs of pants to be hemmed a certain length, got the two back and only one was actually hemmed, other untouched? decent return times, and a nice dude at the front desk.

I really like them! The gentleman who helped me was really nice, and they did a great job with my fall jacket. I wear sunscreen on my face and there were stubborn sunscreen and foundation stains at the top of the jacket. Very happy to see the sunscreen stains completely gone.

I have been with Monson for years. They offer excellent service. I have to be at work early and even before they open , JP, the gentleman working there, the nicest person you could ever meet, takes my dry-cleaning order. He goes over and beyond every time. I have known him for over 15 years and if ever there is an issues, he deals with it in such a professional way. Two thumbs up!

I have been a loyal customer of Monson at both locations for many years and am never disappointed. Service is always dependable, efficient and pleasant. I wear custom made 100% Egyptian cotton shirts and would never take them elsewhere. As I go to the Westboro store these days, I invariably deal directly with JP and I must say he deserves special mention. He is friendly, courteous, business-like and an engaging conversationalist. He is a very valuable business asset to your company as I am sure all customers, past, present and future, will agree.
