Excellent service and I am very happy with the Dry Cleaning Laundry Hub. I regularly take my husbands shirts to be dry cleaned, as he tends to leave the collars with brown dirt stains. They sort the shirts out and iron them so well that they look like new again. Thank you!

What an unimaginable customer service and care! Have been a loyal customer to them at least for 5 years. My last conversation with a lady manager last week came to a definitive conclusion that this business has to change, and I will stop doing a business with them. The incident was we were informed of ironing price by the male owner a week before, which mismatched the ones the lady manager offered when we were dropping our clothes. It ignited a unexpectedly unpleasant, rude conversation. She said That is his [the male owner] problem, and I am the floor manager who knows the exact price. If someone had similar experiences with her, I am sure you understand how rude she is and how blunt and nasty her tone and attitude is. Is the floor manager the top ladder of any business? I replied her I am a loyal to your business for more than 5 years, and never met you before. This is my first time having a shocking experience, which is beyond anyone's imagination on what customer service and care should be. She replied well I also never met you and you are not regular and I have been working here for 6 years too. This rather short conversation tells me a lot about this person and the business, especially how they treat each individual client or customer who in fact does a business for them. Their business relies on customers. No customers no business! Anyone here had similar or even worse experiences with them, which should be shared publicly?

I sent in a white dinner jacket with some stains on it for dry cleaning at last minutes notice. When they were done they had it looking as good as new. I misread their opening hours and came a bit late to pick it up... no one was inside but I happened to see the man driving out of the carpark and managed to wave him down as my Grandfather needed the jacket for an event that night. He was really accommodating and more than happy to pop back in. Hugely appreciated! Great pricing, great service and I liked that the clothing didn't get sent offsite to cleaned.

I went there to get a suit dry cleaned and a staff member assessed the suit. She told me it is in good condition and to get it cleaned after the next wear. She saved me just over $30 so I will definitely use this business in future. Thanks. I will definitely return.

Terrible dry cleaners, overpriced and despite advertising we won't be beaten on the lowest price refuses to match the price of another local dry cleaner when shown their price list. The lady said to me well our signage is quite old and needs to be taken down. Unacceptable business practice really. Also continues to send spam texts despite insistence to remove me from their mailing list. Do not go here. Edit: Addressing the owner's reply, my efforts to find a solution to the issue were reflective of the negative and blunt tone that your staff member was giving me; the inflexible attitude of: well I won't honour our advertised pricing nor will I bother to find a common ground solution. Your refusal to address the shady business practice being questioned in your response speaks volumes.

I found the dry cleaning experience nothing less than a five star rating. From professional customer service to the quality of the dry cleaning and pressing. I can’t fault the Dry Cleaning Laundry Hub in Wangara
