Wonderful experience and affordable price. The price is definitely a highlight for this rental shop comparing to all other locations. Staff members are really nice, they explained different types of bikes patiently. Bikes are clean and in good conditions. Helmet is provided for free, and the location is really good if you want to loop around the Stanley Park and a little bit around waterfront area. 2 minutes walk from the nearest sky train station.

A must, if you have one day / half a day. The bikes are in a very good condition, the staff is very helpful and you get all accessories needed (i.e.helmet, locks and a smartphone holder). The prices are fair and you can perfectly go around Stanley park and False creek in 2-3 hours.

Super easy rental. I didn’t compare prices to any others in the area, but we had nothing planned or reserved, just walked in, they got us set up and out the door super quick. Pay on return, and was a quick check out process as well. No complaints here! Pretty simple and easy over all.

renting a bike was quick and easy, the staff were really kind, and the bike was beautiful!!! cannot recommend more.

Very easy to sing out a bike a get going. We rode around Stanley Park then over to Grandville Island allowing us to see much more of the city than if we had walked. It was more enjoyable than buying and cheaper than cabs. Our only regret was that we wore ourselves out and wish we had gotten electric bikes. A great experience!
