10-21-2023 06:24A longtime fan of the brand, I have been made to feel not worthy, by staff in the old location in the past. Last night however, I had an really exceptional customer service experience with Douglas and his colleague. Super friendly - and both staff members went way out of there way to help with weird sizing/colour questions - and expecting me to buy only 1 polo (I left with 5). It was like being in a small town, country store with no pretense around the brand. Thank you guys!

09-05-2023 13:59Dishonest and unethical store. Do not shop here. I was lied on three separate occasions by the staff in this store. All they want is your money. Deceptive exchange policy. I asked multiple times if I can exchange for different fit from large to XL. They said it’s fine, but at last minute says she can’t and I have to pay difference. On the one In kind replacement I received, when I went home and tried. It was discolored. Clearly a defective or store demo.

06-18-2023 13:32On Dec 23/19 I made a whim purchase for my husband. I stated at the time I was not sure if it was his size or if he would like it and could I return it. The answer was simple yes. I made the purchase. The store had approximately 8 other customers but was a mess from them unpacking product. On Dec 30/19 I went in for my refund and was declined. They meant I could return for and exchange because product was on sale. On speaking to a manager I was again refused with this comment my staff are better informed. Of course they are, they work there, which is why I asked. But great job at being belittling a customer and at a lack of customer service. My advice to anyone considering buying here is to not bother because they are quick to grab your money and have no concerns for customer service! Their lack of returning a brand new product with tags attached and receipt available will cost them customers.

05-20-2023 11:20One star is one too many for this store and the staff! Disrespectful, tone deaf, completely clueless about a customer service and support. The store manager is a sad example of everything a sales person should NOT be. His managerial skills are not worthy of a position he is in – Robotic, almost non-human, with vocabulary worthy of a second grader. Sad, sad individual, and I feel sorry for him and his future in this line of business. My experience is EXACTLY the same as several you can read about in the thread below…Purchased 2 (TWO) same items (different color) to try on at home, and got a confirmation from a sales person that I can return one of those, once I make a decision. That was completely disregarded when I came back 3 days later – The items were allegedly on sale (??), and the sale items are not eligible for a refund, only exchange!?! Funny enough, NOBODY ever bothered to tell me this fairly important piece of info. So, there goes my $$$ of unwanted merchandise to support this pitiful manager’s salary and the customer experience trainings he most definitely skipped.
