The store is always kept very organized and tidy, and each time I've been in store the staff have been nothing but courteous and helpful.

At this shop some customers are single out from the entrance by staff with offensive questions, based on their perceived social status and background. This is an ongoing attitude that is not welcoming at all. We've being picked on not once or twice as soon as we walk into this shop. Nuisance and profiling questions will follow. NOT A WELCOMING SHOP.

I like Gap clothing, but I’ve been very disappointed with their recent lack of stock in my size. A lot of time wasted trying to go back in hopes this has changed.

Exchanged a luxe t-shirt today after it shrunk in a cold water wash/hung out to dry. Staff were approachable and very accommodating. Warm thanks to the manager who assisted me today and made my shopping experience worthwhile (even for a sale item). I will definitely return to shop here.
