I had the most wonderful experience during my shop on Friday. I was visiting from Sydney and everyone at the store was so lovely – especially the store manager. I love the products available at the store and left with a beautiful bag that I can’t wait to wear. Thank you to the A.P.C. team for making our visit so memorable and we will definitely be coming back again. P.S. please reopen in Sydney! And bring over your Melbourne staff too :-)

Do not buy from APC. Their customer service is absolutely horrible. I ordered an item that was meant to be delivered express. Lets just say, I haven't received it yet and its been over a week now. The phone number on this two bit excuse for a fashion brand, is a dead number, it goes no where. Try emailing these muppets and they have an automated response, saying they will get back you within five business days. The tracking number they gave me on the shop app, is an incomplete tracking number and another dead link. Keep in mind, this is an extremely expensive and i dare say, overpriced brand, you would think that how they overcharge you, they would pay someone to respond to inquiries from customers. The worst
