10-20-2023 19:27I am beyond greatful for the staff and services offered at this location. Hinal specifically was extremely pleasant, helpful, and stayed almost an HOUR after store close to help me transfer my data and set up my new phone. She made a long event so manageable. This employee deserves the world and then some. Thank you Hinal! Keeping employees after hours is not something I ever want to do, but Hinal made sure I was comfortable and taken care of. She apologized to ME for taking her time, when I was the one taking hers. THANK YOU AGAIN Hinal and Rogers (please give her a raise!)

10-13-2023 20:17On Sep 5/23, Hinal assisted us in transferring our 2 phone plans with Virgin over to Rogers. She was very pleasant and helpful in making this happen and everything was completed in a thorough manner with no issues at all. We really appreciate the quality service provided and the new plans we are now on with Rogers!

06-12-2023 03:53Once again, I had an absolutely amazing experience. I had to switch my service from Shaw to Rogers due to the buy out. Aman was excellent, he made the entire process simple and fast. He also remembered me from the last time I was in. He is brilliant and a credit to their company. Also all the staff there were fun to talk to. They go the extra mile for their customers.
