08-30-2023 14:40I have been dealing with Sunny and his staff for some time now and have been totally satisfied with all dealings. They have always been very courteous and interested in seeing that I have been the best plan possible for me. They are honest and very kind to me and have always gone out of their way to answer any questions or concerns that I have had. As a senior citizen who has very little technical know-how, I have always been treated with respect. I would recommend them to anyone.

07-24-2023 18:16I have always shopped at this location for my whole family for years, and never had a bad experience. Recently in September my husband and I updated our phones. The woman told me she needed my credit card to verify ID. Fine, this makes sense. I also had to leave this with her and come back 1.5 HOURS later.. due to them training a new hire.. Well, I found out that the women was dishonest and used my credit card to sign us up for a protection plan for both phones. This was something I never agreed to and I'm appalled that I found out by having money taken out of my account. You need to be transparent not shady. Needless to say they have lost a family of 5 regular clients. This will be reported as fraud and I hope to not find out my card has been used for other things.. ridiculous Harveen

06-23-2023 05:48I went in today and was assisted by Hassen. She went over and above for us. I talk a lot and ask a lot of questions and she was patient and kind. It’s very rare now a days to get this kind of level of customer service and all the people working here were just amazing! Thank you again!

04-28-2023 06:45I recently changed my phone plan at this location and witnessed what can only be considered predatory sales behaviour and mistreatment of a customer. As I was in the Mobile Shop on May 20th, 2023, a sales representative brought in an older customer who spoke minimal English by giving her what she thought was a coupon for 1000 PC points. I witnessed the sales team berate this woman and speak down to her for her inability to comprehend the phone plan they were trying to sell her. She clearly needed an interpreter, but the sales staff was incredibly forceful in telling her she needed to provide specific information, including her credit card and ID. The sales staff proceeded to switch this woman's phone plan and change out her sim card without any care for the fact that she did not understand what was going on or what was being offered. I am very surprised to see so many good reviews for this store, as my first (and last) experience was not at all positive.
