Rude staff, always an unpleasant experience. I was asked by the employee in the changing room to hang up all the clothes I tried on the hanger while there was a long line of people waiting. The whole point of her job is to do that herself, some of the clothes I had didn’t have hangers and I had a lot of clothing items. The audacity of trying to create tension and give me attitude because she didn’t want to do her job was really weird. Another time I waited for an item to be brought to me because they said they had one available and the worker never got back to me, they were talking for about 15 min. I walked up to them and asked if the item has come and she told me that they don’t have it anymore, but forgot to inform me so I waited that long for no reason. A waste of time. Management need to train people better and tell employees to do their jobs.

Even 1 star is alot to give. Worst customer service I have ever experienced today. Rolling of eyes, frowning, attitude, racist...like is this even acceptable?Thought the manager might be different but even she was just like them, giving the I don't care attitude. This will be last time going to zara for us.

If i could give less than 1 star i would!! The manager in duty today evening was terrible. Very poor attitude, poor customer service and didn’t even try to help with my return. I could write alot to explain how bad of an experience i had in this store but i won’t waste my time because it’s simply not gonna change anything. If you’re shopping do yourself a favor and don’t waste your money making rude people rich.

Zara is fast-fashion that has created the illusion that they’re luxury. This location is atrocious when it comes to any form of customer service. How do CASHIERS misunderstand a straight forward process such as an exchange? Smirking and bemused, my cashier today was such a poor representation for someone who sells clothing for Zara. 1 star for carrying some products I like.

wanted to buy a dress, but the only size left in store that would fit was on a manikin and they refused to sell it to me even after I offered to comeback at a later time when it was less busy. Was told it takes them two weeks to swap out the clothes on the mankins. Really frustrating to see somthing that right in front of you and not be able to buy it.

The best experience I could have in the store! In these two days that I went shopping I loved the service of the staff, especially I want to thank “Victoria” who from day 1 advised me with all my outfits for the runway that I have this weekend! She is very sweet, patient and attentive with everything I was looking for. I would definitely shop with ZARA again, thank you!

Worst customer service ever , my skirt has been shrieked after only 1 time wearing and washing with cold water and they don’t accept the return. Maybe you should use the better material for the product, I saw the worst attitude from the manager of the store , tall guy with sun glasses and he didn’t provide the name.

Staff has incredible attitude, SPECIALLY the ones in the fitting rooms. They were obnoxious, screaming and laughing the entire time. People were kept waiting for new sizes and they were completely ignored. Super awkward experience, left to find jeans somewhere else.
