Went in to buy some jeans and came out with a pair of jeans and excitement to see what journey my jeans will go on 😂. Thanks for the lesson Tom, I never knew I needed a jeans consultant, but you’re my my new one!

These guys really know their stuff, and the jeans are quite simply the best I’ve ever had. Obviously passionate about the products they sell and took the time to find me my perfect pair. Thank you ♥️

From someone who is from a business and customer service background, please get yourself some staff that are customer focused and understand the concept of service. Your arrogant staff are pathetic and an utter disgrace and the worse I have ever come across in my 25 years as a customer. Won't be back until they are long gone. You've gone from the very best in your former manager to the tall miserable Asian bloke and the girl working with him who ain't much better. They work with an attitude like they're doing you a favour as you've interrupted them with your presence. Please don't ask me to email you for further information, you already know you have an issue on your hands. I'd give ZERO if I could.
