My dad has an ongoing buisness relationship and has completed multiple projects over the years for this company. I helped out a few weekends and must say i was pleasantly impressed by how accommodating and professional the team was. They truly recognize the value of their staff members and it was really a very positive experience to witness.

I own and operate a renovation business in Edmonton and have been in business for 25 years. During such time, I have done business with many suppliers over the years. Recently this company dropped a 4 week order with one of thier suppliers and basically told me that it happens and offered NO reason or explanation other that is the way it is. Not the way I run MY BUSINESS. Now I have to make that horrible call to my client and explain why their project will not be completed as promised. I will never deal with this business EVER AGAIN!!

The worst customer service after we waited for 20 minutes for the guy to show up and help us, we asked him about the Quartz and the solid surface to get an idea what better to use for our project he printed paper and throw it in the table and he didn’t answer our questions he wasn’t helpful at all, I asked him if he can help us he said we are closing in 30 minutes, I asked him if somebody else can help us he said I been doing this job for 30 years, he’s such rude person, I don’t know how he was there for 30 years anyway they loose our business never again, I don’t remember that guy but his office behind the counter beside the warehouse and he’s in his fifties

For contractors, this is a great place to get sheet good, hardwoods, and cabinet hardware, etc. Staff is friendly,helpful, and has good knowledge of the products.
