Felt like the sales team was pretty condescending and dismissive when I was trying to describe what I needed over the phone. I have a female sounding voice. I do not want to assume the gender of the sales person I spoke to but they also sounded female. It’s as if the sales person was annoyed at me trying to purchase from you. When I spoke about my account (as I am not a first time customer) they proceeded to try and look it up rather than answering my product questions. I do not understand why my accounts payment terms were being questioned when inquiring about products.

First time here, no idea where I’m going. Try to ask a forklift driver where to go and he told me to “Stay in my F$@u0026ing truck and wait.” Shocked how rude they where.
