Excellent selection for building material they've always treated us very fairly for the product

They had a driver on the freeway throwing tons of rocks and debris all over behind them. Multiple cars got hit with rocks, but my car got the brunt of it. My windshield was just replaced and now i have multiple good sized chips all over my windshield. Not t mention the front of my car is chipped now in multiple places. I called the company and a rude lady didn't even apologize just said she'll call the driver. I told her the damage is already done i need my windshield at least repaired. And she tells me call your insurance? And pay a deductible for negligence of a company not securing their rocks and debris correctly? No i said that's not right. Your company should step up and fix a problem and damage that they caused. She was very rude telling me they're not gonna fix it, denied me when i asked to speak with the owner. Then hung up on me when i infuse insisted. Hopefully the other cars that got hit with rocks contact them as well. I'm going to make sure i get as many negative reviews for them as possible! Very shady company and I'm sure that this isn't the only bad things they do with this business. STEP UP AND TAKE CARE OF YOUR LIABILITIES! VERY BAD LOOK WHEN A COMPANY WON'T EVEN PAY FOR A FEW ROCK CHIPS THEIR TRUCK CAUSED!

This is a good place for masonry materials and stone. There is a much bigger selection and the staff are much more knowledgeable that those at Big Box stores.

Went to buy sixteen 3-5” cobble stone rocks to lay around a few plants in a planter. Was told they weighed in at over 200 pounds! Impossible as I could hold at least half to two-thirds of them In my arms easily. Workers were adamant it was correct even after I showed them how I could carry them easily in my arms. They were rude claiming ,”Well you must be strong”and “want to make a bet that we are correct”. I opted NOT to purchase the rocks as the total was near $200 and I will NOT return. An obvious scam. If you go here make sure you know what you’re buying! *Update……went today to Carlson u0026 Sons supply in Thousand Oaks today. Bought the same size and type of rocks there. Even bought a couple extra (18). They weighed them in our presence at 60 pounds! So much for Prime’s insistence that they were over 200 pounds. I knew it wasn’t possible.

These guys are awesome! I've come to them several times seeking suggestions about what materials to use for projects. They've always been very helpful and informative. Great humor, too - enjoyed a good laugh with several of the employees today. They had exactly what I wanted at a great price (75lb bags of Mexican pebble stone) and helped me load my vehicle. They have a HUGE selection of materials. Go here! Thanks guys!

I always love coming here they always have a large variety of materials and stuff to pick from. And the customer service is amazing.

Knowingly sold us bad decomposed granite. Manager had been told batch was bad. Had to return heavy bags myself and they gave me attitude. Paid for new batch and they charged $85 for delivery when we live only 3 minutes away. Worker delivering the new scoops wore no mask and needed to borrow our shovel. Prices are high so we expect better products and service. And they don’t seem to treat their workers well either. (The workers loading materials are always polite and hard working.) We try to buy local, but they don’t seem to care about their community.

Prime was the best for having a great selection of small gravel for a yard project. The guys behind the counter knew their products and calculated approximate prices quickly. The delivery driver was extremely kind and made the delivery process very workable for me and my husband, who were wheelbarrowing all the rock. Thank you, Prime! We’ll be back as needed and will refer to you when someone needs a quality masonry business for their needs!
