I've been emailing back and forth with Garnet now and every time I go back and look at my emails I see he's already replied. He replies quicker than I even check my emails, amazing! I know I've bought stuff from a Windsor Plywood that is closer to me, but the service and response time of Garnet has been a breath of fresh air after dealing with so many businesses that seem to hire the bottom of the list. Everyone at my Windsor is also awesome, and it's nice to know such awesomeness extends to other locations too. Thanks for being you Garnet! I wish every person I had to interact with in a day was a pleasant as you.
