Not sure why my negative review got removed. Got my door fixed here and instead of replacing the panel, he simply used bondo so that it looked terrible after 5 years. I would stay away from this shop

The auto repair industry can be intimidating for consumers, but it need not. The staff at Tom's were incredible to work with throughout the experience, they were clear, professional, honest, and did such incredible work that we were in absolute awe of the attention to detail that they provided. I will use them again.

Great servis and reasonable price. They did painting of my trunk lip spoiler like factory did. After visited Euro Car experts for VW and Audi and been told that polyurethane rubber is impossible to paint, and got quite for Castrol oil change almost $200. Those guys have good prices, I did my oil change and I will go again if I need. I recommend Tom's Auto Body 👍👍

Highly HIGHLY recommend this place on all levels!! Bobby was by far the best person I've talked to about the issues with my vehicle. He was very straight forward,explained everything very well and straight up pure honesty that I felt from him. I brought my car in and even on a busy day he still made time to take a look at my car. Keep in mind there is only 2 guys working extremely hard there, so it may take time to fix your vehicle. But so worth the wait. Highly recommend them. BEST place I've been to in Edmonton.

I just went there today as my family members referred him and he fixed my emergency break alarm being stuck on within 5 minutes. Thank you for fitting me in and fixing the issue so quickly! I will be going back for all my auto repairs!

Had a issue with my AC. Took it to the dealership where i bought the vehicle and was given a quote for my AC.. I was also told my coolant is leaking(which I thought was strange as my garage floor was clean of anything leaking from my car). I decided to get a second opinion and went to Tom's auto. If you are looking for an honest mechanic go see the guys at Tom's. AL was able to fix my AC problem and couldn't find the coolant leak. He was very personable, professional and stands by his work. Wish i could rate you a higher star. THANK YOU!! You have gained a life time customer. I will be recommending all my family and friends to come see you.

Bobby is a true professional and is really easy to talk to. We had our brakes and rotors replaced. He explained everything very well and took the time to answer all my questions. He was able to complete the fix quickly as well.

Tom does a good job, I've been using his services for over 10 years. Highly recommend
