Very Well Managed Store. All fastners, Nuts Bolts Lock-Nut-Washers were available for the sizes I was looking for. All other items that I was looking for and needed were available in the store. A good variety of Seasonal- YardCleaning/Maintaining tools/items are also available. Staff members were very helpful. Knowledgeable Staff, Excellent Customer Service peovided. Keep Up the Good work!

Item I bought was on sale. It rang up as $30 instead of $19 as advertised. Cashier made me go grab the sale sign (I was the only person in line) and then gave me the sale price, which had expired 6 days earlier. I'm not sure why it was up to me to grab the sign. She said that was the 2nd item from that section that day this scenario happened with. Normally a great store with friendly staff.

Poor customer service (other than in paint where the staff is excellent). It always seems like you are a bother to the staff when you ask for help. Some sections, such as lighting, are just a mess. As much as I want to support a locally owned business, this one just isn't worth the trouble.

We began a backyard project in April 2023. We needed to decide on budget, structure, size, material etc. Got permits to demolish an older garage and build a new garage we'll use for Workshop/studio. Tyler at the Contracting desk was simply amazing, from start to finish. We have our materials on site and construction of our 16' x24' building is underway. Tyler proved to be knowledgeable, professional, patient and prompt, often going above and beyond to provide whatever was needed. So grateful for the superior service and support. Oh, and did I mention, the prices were AMAZING! Thanks Tyler!!!
