Marc was leaving for the day with keys in hand and stopped to help us, he didn’t have the part at his store I needed but was able to have one brought from another store. He knew what I needed and was very gracious and kind. The part worked. Thank you so much. Great team you have.

04-01-2023 14:07I needed a replacement cartridge for my faucet and it was hard to find. Heather at EMCO found the part and told me that the manufacturer had lifetime warranty on the part. She sent it away for me and within a week, I received it delivered to my house. Thank you Heather for you great customer service. Also all the staff at the parts counter desk were friendly and welcoming.
