Comfort Inn & Suites

We needed a place to stay as we were going to a ceremony of life. The weekend would have been an otherwise loss if it weren't for our stay at this quiet and quaint hotel. We received an email before going advising of the renos. Even with a stroller and baby it wasn't very inconvenient. Upon check in Sarah was so friendly and warm and gave us some great food recommendations. They even accommodated our family when someone next door was smoking (they immediately took care of everything). The one thing that stood out was the at home family feel of the people working here. They were all such nice people. The rooms were extremely clean and tidy and look brand new because they've been renovated. We will definitely go back. The price point is so much lower than London it was worth the extra drive. Thank you especially to Sarah you are a gem

My husband and I recently stayed at this hotel while attending the Oxford Renaissance Festival nearby. We both really enjoyed our stay. The hotel felt modern but cozy. The rooms were very clean, with lots of space to keep our luggage and hang clothing and jackets. The beds were heavenly. Lots of pillows and super comfy mattresses. The bathroom was well-stocked with lots of towels, toiletries, and a very good quality hair dryer (very nice surprise!). The room came with a k-cup coffee maker, coffee, a mini fridge, and a microwave. All very clean and functioning. The a/C and heating unit in our room worked very well and wasn't loud nor annoying. The only thing missing from the room was a list of nearby restaurants for ordering takeout, and a TV channel guide. Free wifi was very fast, so that made it easy to look up restaurants (many within walking distance) and order food for takeout. I personally loved the cobalt blue colour scheme for the hallways and carpeting. The decor is updated and welcoming. Very nice. The breakfast hall blew us away...same with a really kind and helpful breakfast attendant. Fantastic service!!! The food selection was absolutely incredible as well as very tasty! You will not go hungry, and there is plenty of choice for picky eaters. Even the lemon ice water dispenser at reception was a nice touch. The front desk was very helpful when connecting us to an affordable and friendly taxi service. We used it multiple times during our stay, as there was no Uber service available in the area. We also liked that front desk took time to look up and then honour our union card discount. The hotel is directly off of the highway, which made it very easy to find and very convenient. My only suggestion would be to pack earplugs if you plan to sleep in/sleep during the day, because you can hear some highway noise if your room faces the front of the hotel. Other than highway noise, the hotel is very peaceful. We 100% recommend this hotel and also the taxi service (KTN) that services the area. Breakfast attendant lady: we love you!

Very pleasant and helpfull staff. Wish I had known that dogs are welcome, I would have brought mine. Online booking cost $89 which resulted in increasing room cost over posted rate at desk.

Not the usual hotel. I stay out when I’m in Woodstock area. The usual hotel that I stayed by was fully booked, so I was searching for other hotels nearby and I called in and the lady at the front desk was so nice. She allowed me to book a room with my debit card and allowing me to pay my deposit with cash. I was fishy about the hotel, because comfort inn doesn’t really have nice rooms but when I came here I was blown away. The price was so decent for such a nice room.
