I've been coming here for a little over a decade now. It's not only because they do a great job, but because of the people and the culture here. They are honest, welcoming, understanding, and they go above and beyond helping me with my hair loss. I also like how they use safe products to help me. Even after 10 years, their price has always been great to what's out there. You can't beat the experience and service you get here at Transitions Studios.

Carlo and the staff at Transitions are amazing people. For many years I have driven by Transitions Studio and who knew that one day I would actually be a customer. When I made the decision to take the next step and seek help with my thinning hair from chemo treatments I reached out to Carlo. While I was excited to meet with Carlo I was also very nervous but his positive energy and compassion made the process enjoyable. Carlo gave me great advice and chose the perfect wig for me. I was overwhelmed when I went to pick it up as it far exceeded my expectations, matching my colour and style. Carlo said trust me and I am certainly glad I did. A great hair salon, with friendly staff and knowledgeable hair dressers who know how to manage my curly hair. They never disappoint me. Great chemical free hair products. I love there jewelry, and other stock that I can purchase for myself or as a gift.

After a few years of growth, I finally donated my hair. It was tough, as I loved my hair, but the staff made it so much easier for me! Super friendly and fun. For a great haircut in the end too!
