Robert and Fred were very polite and professional. They were very knowledgeable about their work. I didn't know I had two tanks, and they showed me where they were. Gave me advice on how to maintain my septic tanks. I will definitely recommend this business to all my family and friends. I will definitely call back for future work.

First of all, if I'm looking for a pump out of my septic after 2pm, it's because it's backing up. Everywhere I called were booking as far out as Nov. I finally called Drain Mechanics and they were the earliest that could arrive. They gave me a call when they were on their way. Greston and Chris arrived and were professional and courteous. They were extremely knowledgeable , explained things to me as they worked, all with a smile. They got right to work and were in and out faster than I expected. I was even pleased with price. It was less than some quotes I received. Overall, I would highly recommend Drain Mechanics.! Thank you again!

Septic tech Robbie E. Richard and his helper showed up when they said, pumped out my septic tank (on a Saturday) and reconnected the sewer line. They worked fast and efficiently.They were professional and informative and did a great job. They also restored the surrounding area. They did a great job all around!

Called in on Wednesday and set up septic tank pump out service appointment one day later. Robert and Fred came over early in morning and did an awesome job! We had roots growing in the septic tank and they pulled out from the pipe and cleaned out as much as possible. Very knowledgeable and helpful! Told us how to clean and maintain it. Thank you for your hard work and service!

What a great experience I had with Drain Mechanics from the beginning to the end. First I called and spoke with Christina. It is so nice to contact someone that has a smile on their face and is a pleasure to do business with. The two gentlemen that came out to drain my septic were the best! Fred u0026 Robert were so helpful. They did a wonderful job, answered all my questions, explained everything, kind and very informative. I'm very happy to have a septic company I know I can go to in the future.

I seemed to of had a clogged toilet, so I called Drain Mechanics and spoke with Rachel. She was very nice and got me an appointment for the same day. She told me that with all of the rain I could just need the tank pumped out. The tank was emptied about 9 months ago so I chose to go with the clog. I was so stressed out. I don’t remember the workers name who came out but he was very very kind and a hard worker. He checked for a clog. It was determined that I needed the tank to be pumped out. He was very understanding of my stress and called Rachel and with all of us on the line I got an appointment for the next morning to have the tank pumped out. Robert came out the next morning. He was very nice and friendly, explaining things and answering my questions. He worked at a very good and steady pace. When he was finished, he left the work area looking good. The employees are friendly the workers do good work and they know what they’re doing! I highly recommend Drain Mechanics and they are my go to for plumbing work!

On 9/25/23 I called Drain Mechanics to schedule a pump out on 2 tanks. Rachel scheduled me for 9/26/23 between 7-12. At 8:00 I saw the truck arrive I was doing a chore outside. Two young men came out. We introduced ourselves. Robert spoke with me and we confirmed what service was to be provided today. I asked a few questions and he patiently answered them. Judge in the meantime was preparing the equipment for the pump out. Upon completion they both replaced their equipment. Robert came to the door to discuss the outcome. I invited him in and he respectfully said no due to having on his work boots. We discussed the outcome of the pump out. I asked several questions and Robert patiently and calmly answered all my questions. Payment was processed and a comprehensive receipt with pictures will be provided. Drain Mechanics thank you for hiring capable and competent young people. I can truly say this was a positive experience.

Chris and Fred did a fantastic job locating me septic tank and then emptying. After the job was completed the soil and grass was put back neat and tidy. I was given the price over the phone and after the job was completed there was no nasty additional hidden charges I had to pay for. Great service ! Great Company !!
