I ordered an iced chai tea latte with almond milk because my wife is allergic. I confirmed with the order taker twice that I wanted almond milk. They still put regular milk in the drink and my wife had an allergic reaction.

Enjoyed a Chocolate Mint Frappuccino from this location. It was delightfully crisp, and aromatically balanced. I felt as if I had a put my straw in a minty cloud, and taken a sip.

A nice big Starbucks on the edge of Kitchener-Waterloo. Service is fast and friendly and the servers take the time to explain ingredients for sandwiches I was unfamiliar with. There’s also a drive through if you’re in a rush - but indoor service was fast too (under 10 minutes for 4 drinks and 4 breakfast sandwiches)

My go to stop on the way into the office. The drive thru staff provides exceptional and efficient service - ensuring I arrive at the office fully caffeinated and ready for the day ahead.

When we arrived it was extremely busy and took roughly 5 mins to order. Waiting for the two drinks took about 10 minutes as well. Overall the baristas were friendly.

Wonderful staff!! Thank you for making my day, when uber eats messed up. Starbucks came to the rescue and fixed the problem. Truely I didn't get the staffs name but you turned my day around so thank you very much ❤️

For the most part, great service except for the girl who made 2 of 3 drinks wrong and seemed irritated when I explained they were wrong. She made the right ones, I said thank you and she just walked away. Not the best service. The girl on cash was super friendly tho!!

Waited 30mins on one drink. It was normal morning traffic but they were so disorganized and inefficient. The drink didn't even turn out right but I was not waiting any longer.
