TIM HORTONS (109551)

I went to this location and ordered a bagel with hash brown inside and dark roast triple triple. While I was waiting for my order, one of the girl working over there announced bagel with hash brown and I took the order and left. When I opened and checked it, it was not my order so I went inside to check if there was some misunderstanding. There is a lady working there along with her colleague she was staring at me and as soon as I told her this is the wrong order, she started talking to me rudely and said I told it was beef something, you should have listened properly. I understand there could be a mistake but at-least being in customer service learn to speak politely with the customers and not bash them with rude words right away without even listening. Even the coffee was cold. The lady and her colleagues working over there are really rude and have absolutely no front facing/ customer service manners!

Ordered “half double double u0026 half french vanilla”, it should be sweet, however it’s bitter than the coffee bean. Another reason to give single star, is a lot busy coffee place and less staff😣😣 long waiting queue😐
