Dr Simon is the best. My rabbit Gill was very sick and my local vet can't do anything for her. Dr Simon saved her life.

First time coming to North Shore Veterinary Hospital after wanting more specialised opinions on my turtle, Apple. Reception was lovely and Dr. Yui was so helpful and thorough in checking Apple over. Her advice and reassurance has lifted a weight off my shoulders in caring for my little friend! Thank you, Dr Yui and all the wonderful staff for your time, expertise and kindness. ❤️

Reception staff nice, helpful u0026 friendly! BUT unfortunately the only positive feedback I have for this Clinic! My Cavoodle presented to the Clinic with 3days of bad diarrhoea, then developing no strength to walk on its 2 front legs. Dr Hae Hong Jung completely MISDIAGNOSED my Cavoodle saying it had badly sprained its front legs. I mentioned my Cavoodle had diarrhoea for last 3days, but said this was just a co-incidence! It was a very quick assessment, u0026 charged $405!!! I had no confidence in this diagnosis attended Willoughby Veterinary Clinic, saw Dr Peter who diagnosed my Cavoodle within 1minute advising it had Reactive Polyarthropathy! Thank you 🙏 to Dr Peter @ Willoughby Veterinary Clinic who always takes great care u0026 100% diagnosis over last 5yrs attending this Clinic.

Goodness!!!! I wish I had known of this clinic earlier. We took our 7, almost 8 year old labrador to this clinic after she had multiple seizures and had already been to an emergency hospital the night before. Our usual vet suggested for our puppy to be monitored throughout the day and overnight with North Shore Vet Hospital as a suggestion. From the moment we entered, to when we were spoken with and the details we were given about our baby, gosh, no matter what the diagnosis or the prognosis, the fact that we were spoken with and our girl is kept at ease amongst so much love, I will deal with whatever comes our way. Dr. Kerry Doolin, Dr. Amelia Wong, the nurses, specifically Suzie and the reception staff, Liz put my husband and me at ease. We hadn't slept in two nights, but with our baby being looked after by such amazing humans in a state-of-the art facility, we came home and were able to get a few hours rest. Best of all, unlike other emergency hospitals, this hospital is in fact also a day Veterinary clinic. This allows your pets to be cared for and handled by the one team throughout their lives, rather than treated by one clinic during business hours and another after hours. An absolutely fantastic facility. Bless these kind hearted, caring humans who do so much for our furry pets.
