10-25-2023 01:00Upon check-in, we were told the pool was open until 9 pm. Yet, no one bothered to mention that children aren't allowed from 6-9 pm. We were forced to leave the pool just minutes after arriving with our child at 5:55 pm. This oversight in communication is unacceptable, especially for a service-oriented establishment. When I raised the issue with them, they assured a call back after consulting the manager. No call was ever received. Their lack of transparency and poor communication is incredibly frustrating and disappointing. We wouldn't have booked if we had known.

10-04-2023 19:44My wife and I stayed for (the aftermath) of her 40th birthday party and had a great couple of nights. The rooms are excellent. Top quality products from the soft and hard furnishings to the amenities. The carpet feels fluffy underfoot and from the electric blinds and curtains to the Japanese toilet (wow), the whole experience felt premium and delightful. The staff are also excellent. Attentive, friendly and you really get the feel they want to be there unlike other hotels and resorts. Room service and the buffet breakfast were also very high quality. Oh and the gym was incredible!!! The only downside was the cost which was, even for what we expected to be high, excessive. Factor that in and you’ll have a tremendous stay. It was an excellent stay for my most amazing wife’s birthday weekend.

09-30-2023 03:50I stayed in room 1019 for one night and I must say that I had one of the best experiences of my life. The room was clean, the amenities were fantastic, and most importantly, the service was exceptional. Valentino, the concierge, kindly and professionally recommended excellent restaurants to me. You can tell that he loves to serve his guests and give them the best luxury experience possible. While the hotel is great, I have to say that it is people like him that help make this hotel such an exceptional place.

09-18-2023 10:58Literally no service. - Saying upgrading my suite to higher level while the room down sized by at least ten sqm,while the bed is in a quirky angle toward the described views. - Crews chittering with each other and sizing me up while providing service,extremely upset. - Left my charging cable behind while changing back to the previous suite. Didnt find it,and there is never promised follow up until I asked again when I checked out. - I asked if by any chance I can borrow a cable and they asked for 25 bucks,when they delivered it is not compatible to iphone 15 (which I stated), had to send the poor waitstaff back. - Because of the cable I left early for cbd apple,caught in the rain,and when I came back the porter just step in my way and act as a nightclub guard,asked in a harsh tone:‘how may I help you?’ -hop into the tub because I was soaking wet in the rain,and the housekeeping keep belling until I answer,they didnt even have a record that I will be checking out that day. the crew by the pool are nice,and all amenities and room decor,but as stated above everything else sucks. I booked an impulsive trip releasing the stress while this place makes me more anxious. The most regret case of the week is choosing crown instead of capella. They promise another update on the lost cable and the service issue,but I BET there is no follow ups,probably because I am the underappreciated customer comparing to the high rollers.

08-09-2023 14:04Very noisy room with malfunctioned ventilation. Duty managers refused to offer solution after technicians failed to fix it. I received a follow up phone call from Duty Manager Nash, who is just purely rude and unruly. Crown towers melb has been my only go to whenever I travel to Melbourne. Unfortunately, their service is way way worse after Covid. So, no more crown towers. good luck. And Nash, u should really learn about customer care, to show that u actually care.

05-14-2023 16:27very disappointed by their service. It was my birthday and I had informed them 3 days prior for early check in and they made us wait past 3pm. Even their supervisor did not assist in checking us in 2.30pm or allowing us to even go near the pool while waiting. I regret spending my special day in this hotel. Everyone else checked in before 3pm but us. Very poor management ans service!!! Asked for refund.

04-25-2023 12:03This is truly a 5 star hotel, very modern rooms, plenty of food choices. Very luxurious. The only oversight is the lack of a power outlet beside the bedhead, sleep apnea sufferer's know what I mean, however the staff was quick to provide an extension lead (albeit it caused a bit of a trip Hazzard on the way to the bathroom in the middle of the night) I guess this is a design oversight and can't be blamed on the hotel. Oh, and the breakfast buffet has to be one of the best that I have experienced anywhere in the world.

04-19-2023 03:24The hotel does not have the staff to cater for busy periods. I have given them 5 stars for service, as the staff that they have, did everything they could to try and make our stay wonderful. Hugh Knowles, the duty manager, was so accommodating and even personally brought towels to our room, after we had called guest services for nearly 2 hours, as room still had not been cleaned at 5pm
