Repairer came out to assess my washing machine. Onsite he said it has 2 motherboards and the only way to tell which one was causing the issue was by trial and error. I received my formal repair quote which was for 2 new motherboards which cost more than the machine new and other parts. I contacted them to confirm what the onsite repairer had said and clarify I would only be charged for the 1 part used. The receptionist was so rude and dismissive. Callbacks promised so I followed every call with an email account of our conversation requesting confirmation. 6 emails later and still no response. I refused to pay the full callout fee as I was not provided the service advertised as part of this fee. I offered to pay half which would have covered the wages of the repairer's travel and onsite time. It went to fair trading who found in my favour. This business rejected their findings. Absolute waste if time, money and space.

Our freezer blew the earth switch at 6:45 this morning. Spoke to customer service when they opened and they were able to squeeze in an appointment for us. James called 45 minutes before arriving and was able to fix our freezer. Had the part for our freezer in the service van. We are very fortunate it was repairable in this case. We are obviously extremely happy we did not loose the contents of the freezer and are extremely happy with the service provided. Definitely recommend this company. Their service agent, James, was very friendly and polite and a ‘life saver’

Wholesale Appliance Repair (WAP) got authorised by Harvey Norman Product Care to attend to an issue with our LG Washing Machine. We were seeking, and received, assistance from LG Customer Service to diagnose the issue. Turned out to be a faulty drainage pump -that needed to be replaced- and were able to communicate that to WAP as well as Product Care. The fault happened yesterday and the problem got resolved this morning! The phone contacts yesterday with reception u0026 Lenny from WAP were prompt and professional, the service today by Hayden and a co-worker doubled up on that! All around happy faces with a turnaround time of less than 24 hours! Thanks guys! 5 star!

Had a dishwasher hose and tap leak. Called Wholesale Appliance Supplies late afternoon, u0026 9 am the following morning Harold the service tech arrived to diagnose u0026 repair. Exceeded expectations.

I have used this company several times (all warranty work) and have been delighted with the service both from the call centre to the engineer called to site. The work has been completed to a high standard and they chased up parts quickly when needed. High recommend.

Won't drive 20 minutes into the hinterland to fix appliances but happily claim to work between Beenleigh u0026 Pottsville???? Just another business that disrespects people on the land who work their guts out to feed the coastal dwellers. No respect anymore, apparently just greed.

My Electrolux oven broke and when I called Electrolux, they referred me here. Lenny could not have done more to help me over the phone, saving me hundreds of dollars in wasted callout fees for an oven that couldn’t be fixed. He chased around, made calls, read manuals, and emailed me promptly with updates, even though he couldn’t make a profit. The world needs more Lennys!!!! Thanks a bunch.

LG warranty repair. After I confirmed the problem raised with LG they refused to repair, closed the repair request as completed, and left with a not my problem attitude. Now LG has them coming back to fix something that they should have on the first visit. Unprofessional and a waste of time.
