06-24-2023 20:40My partner has been there to do his tax return, even the tax agent and the manager doesn't have the right information which resulted him to go back there three times to fix it. He end up amending the TAX return by himself. Also had to pay back to ATO because of their mistakes.

04-27-2023 04:54Worst experience ! After being a client for few years, I have decided to end it here. The “accountant” Cristina V. was really slow, take minutes to collect herself and form a sentence. Then made huge mistakes that I have discovered later ( too late) All of this cost 350$AUD yes! Bye !
