05-21-2023 10:02Pharmacy is utterly incompetent. They don't tell you if they are out of stock of a product. Despite their app stating that the item would be available at a given date and time, not only was I not notified, they didn't even mention it when I arrived in person to pick up. Only when I got home and noted two containers instead of three, called the pharmacy, navigated their insipid phone system and got a staff member on the phone, was I informed that they have been out of stock for weeks. Now I have to drive back tomorrow to obtain a partial fill of 1/2 strength tablets. I wish there was another pharmacy closer to my home.
