Just recently had my flooring and bathroom completed from the Neche team. From our initial consult to selections, Kai and the team were very helpful and turned our outdated bathroom into a statement. Prices was as stated in the initial without the hidden extras will definitely recommend to all in our apartment complex.

I can not speak more highly the quality and attention to detail exhibited across the professional team over at Neche. At first, it was just the bathroom and kitchens and soon enough we saw the house completely overhauled within a few short months. Please if you get chance, check their beautiful showroom out and admin team their, we sold on quality assurance and professionally at a very competitive price in comparison to other quotes we recieved.

From the moment we walked into the showroom we were treated to an experience of true customer service which left us more than comfortable in progressing with our purchases. The team helped us every step of the way, listening to our ideas, adding subtle suggestions into the mix which gave us the end result we wanted without pushing us into something we would end up regretting. Neche listened to us when we told them we are a few weeks away from purchasing, this didn't lead them into pushing the sale but let it come to them at our pace, even when we made a few errors in our order they happily accommodated us and got the items swapped in no time. We could not recommend these legends highly enough.

The team at Neche were fantastic to work with, they were able to supply the right products to fix our product quickly with quality and not costing the Earth. They followed up and went the extra mile to make us feel valued as customers and treated with respect.
