Had an issue with water coming into the linen closet from the bathroom . Tom came and had a look to see which was the best way to do the repair . He organised one of his employees to come and do the repairs promptly . Also installed new quarter turn taps for the shower , bath and basin .The job was completed successfully with no mess to clean up . I have used TASM plumbing several times and they always to exceptional work and are very polite and courteous .

Had Keaton come out this morning, turned up on time, very polite nice young man. Went straight to work and fixed my first issue, a blocked drain within 10 minutes. Second problem had him stumped, but he called his boss, who has more experience, and between them they worked out why I wasn't getting hot water in my shower and then fixed it. Keaton came back to me and explained every step of the way what was going on so I was not kept in the dark. Very pleased with these guys, would definitely use them again!
