Totally Flooring

We went to Totally Flooring in Bundall and dealt with Wade at that branch. Wade was so helpful from the start, with regards to different design options which suited our apartment. He was diligent, respectful and most of all efficient. Any problems that arose and he was always contactable, whilst finding a quick solution. Also, he was kind enough to liaise with the other trades during our renovations to ensure an effective and timely delivery. Our hybrid flooring and carpets look better than I could of expected. Thank you so much!

A huge thanks to the Totally Flooring team who fitted in a total Re flooring ( carpet and vinyl) of our townhouse before we moved in. In particular a massive Thank-you to Nathan, who despite discovering that we were already in the house, set about working around us as we moved in and was helpful in every way. Nathan took a personal day off to come in and finish our job so that it would make it easier for us. We have been very happy with the complete process of choosing colours from the showroom, the quote process complete at our home to the installer completing installation of a two bedroom extension for my 90 year old dad. Daniel was fantastic at helping us with our selection and the installation crew were brilliant, they did our job in two days and it looks great. Could not meet a more professional and friendlier group of guys. Would highly recommend them.

Jake and the team went above and beyond putting new flooring, both hybrid and carpet throughout the whole of my house. The customers service from the start quote to finish product and everything in between was a delight to deal with. Jake and his team not only provided an exceptional job they travelled to northern nsw to complete the job. I love and couldn’t be happier with my new flooring, the whole process and I can’t wait to use them again in my next house. 100% recommend them
