A good range of products, but pricey. Jess who works there is great and very helpful. As for the other staff members its a bit hit and miss on whether or not they want to help you and look after you with a decent price. UPDATE: Visited the shop this morning July 29th 2017 and the shop had had a staffing change. Jess is still there and as helpful as ever and the other staff members were really great.

I went here today and I want to say this... GREAT! The prices are GREAT! The staff are GREAT (especially ollie and alex). Also, they have a wide variety of choices and great prices! Love it.

These days many surf shops are glorified clothing stores, so when I wanted a new wetsuit I had no idea where to go. I was looking for a store with an extensive range of RipCurl wetsuits and enough stock covering a few different sizes. I found this shop via Google, searching on RipCurl Wetsuits. Arriving at the store finding plenty of parking I walked inside and was instantly impressed by the huge wall of wetsuits. A staff member approached and had me trying on the RipCurl E6 E Bomb 3/2 in no time. The wetsuit fit great and was extremely comfortable - the sales assistant asked if I wanted to try another size, but I had the one I wanted. There was no pressure to buy and when purchasing they threw in a free wetsuit bag worth $60. That topped off a great experience and I also noticed the great range of surfboards and clothing so I’ll be back soon to check those out next time.

I have nothing but praise for the staff and the personalised service I received from Layla This morning . I had to return a wetsuit for my granddaughter to get a different size …in the end I had to get a refund BUT nothing was a trouble for this outstanding staff member . I am now a committed and very satisfied return client …. 😀

Big space with a decent array of kit. Premium prices for a premium brand I guess but their gear is usually decent and durable. Service is pretty solid too
