Dotti Wollongong

I was in the store today u0026 was served by Cara. Cara was an absolute delight, and even though I visited during a busy period (with all changerooms full) she was incredibly attentive. Her ability to multi-serve whilst having a smile on her face was beyond exceptional. There was another lady working in the store but I didn't see or hear her greet or approach anyone, so that really highlighted Cara's customer service to me. A very bright, and enthusiastic sales person, Cara will definitely be the reason I shop here again. Thank you for a wonderful shopping experience Cara!

MEMORIES, I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS STORE I HAVE ABSOLUTELY GREAT OUTFITS FROM DOTTI'S BACK IN THE LATE 80'S N 90'S WHEN I LIVED IN SUTHERLAND SHIRE N NOW IN WOLLONGONG I CAN SHOP TILL U DROP N GREAT BARGAINS N MANAGEMENT THERE AWSOME N REST OF STAFF🤪

I was in dotti wollongong today for exchange.The girls are so lovely and helpful.

The staff member was so lovely I ended up buying 7 items,so helpful and happy.

Staff are extremely rude and snappy, will not be returning.

Must go shop, we get quality dresses for affordable prices, I go there once every month, great offers available and good staff too😀

Appears to have closed for renovations as of close of business today.

Some of their staff are not as friendly.
