Vivian's Clothing Alterations

Had a jacket that needed repairing, went to one tailor who told me it was unable to be fixed. Brought it here and they did a perfect job, you cannot tell where the tear was and the pricing was great! Couldn’t recommend more, very happy customer.

Been impressed with my experience here - quality of the work is really good, and the time is taken to get it absolutely perfect. I’ve had 3-4 dresses altered - from hems taken up to sleeves shortened and elastic replaced. Would say that it is on the pricer side though - paid $50 for a hem alteration on a dress which seemed a lot to me but as I said, the craftsmanship is great.

Brother had his pants altered here and paid $60. I mean it's done well but the price is more than what he paid for his pants itself.

Honestly so impressed with my result. I had a dress that was a bit small I purchased it at my correct size but it was a solid 3 sizes too small. Vivian’s made the perfect workaround to get the dress fitting and made it look even better. I was very happy with the result. Considering the timing was right before Melbourne Cup the turnaround was on time as promised, no faults or flaws and it was a seamless, friendly and great experience. Thank you 🙏🏼

Left my suit in to get dry cleaned. Still have not had it returned after 6 weeks. Gave me the company phone number she used to dry clean the suit and told me it’s now my responsibility to get it back. Nobody answers the phone number provided.

Service was amazing I called in for an emergency last minute suit clean and they were so wonderful and accommodating!! I'll be back everytime!

Lady is nice but not the greatest communication. I took my wedding dress to be altered here early because of it being a massive job. Got it pinned up and everything was lovely. 7 weeks later no call nothing told to me so I called. She wanted a 70% paid before she proceeds with work on it. I could paid for the whole thing on the day if she told me this. Also quoted 700 then the day I came in she said 950. I think printing off a clear invoice at the first fitting would help with this kind of miss communication. I'm just glad it wasn't cut up yet tbh, now atleast it's getting done and half of what it was orginally quoted.

I paid a bit extra to have it done quickly. But that did not change the quality of the job. I got a pair of camo pants off ebay and they were to small and had to be taken out 8cm. I could not find anything similar in Brisbane or that could be delivered in 3 day for a trip. When I got the pants back they you could not tell where or how the were made larger and the patterns lined up perfectly. They were ready on the day that was promised and the customer service was great form Jenny. I did go to another shop in Bulimba first, and I felt like I was an inconvenience to them. I will support Vivian's with any items I need done in the future.
