Absolutely deliciously smooth and flavourful coffee served with a smile! (I would rather have no coffee than a great one and this was GREAT! 😊)

For a place that does coffee all day with a large clientele, how could they possibly over-charge me by $1.60. Ordered large takeaway. Listed $5; they charged me $6.60. NO!!! That is NOT a mistake. You do hundred of coffees everyday; how can you possibly stuff the charge up. Either incompetent or unethnical. Coffee was alright BUT not worth having to check that you are not being ripped off.

On my walks I sometimes drop by for my go to coffee cafe. Great tasting coffees and Hot chocolates. JR is extremely friendly and has great customer service. Thank you JR for making us our hot beverages over the last 16 months we've been living in Brisbane.

Best coffee in Brisbane. It's always fresh and smooth tasting. Plus the staff are friendly and amazingly quick. I never have to wait more than a couple of minutes, even if there's a line up.

I bought a Danish from Cremosa today as it is right next to my office building. The food was ok but the service was terrible. The Danish was marked $3.50 on the window but the shop keeper charged me $4 and refused to refund me the difference even after I pointed out what they have written the wrong price in the window. In addition, the Danish is freezing cold (straight out of the fridge or freezer) and I was not offered to heat up so I had to eat my Danish cold. Very disappointed and won't go back again.
